The health situation continues to worsen in the camp of Bulengo. No toilets and lack of garbage garbage cans for waste disposal, lack of hygiene points, pregnant women do not sleep under mosquito nets, this is among other things the observation made this Friday, March 03, 2023. These phenomena can accentuate diseases related to hygiene and multiply the cases of malaria in this camp.

This is the case of Bulengo, one of the sites that hosts displaced people coming from different localities located west of the city of Goma such as Kichanga, Sake, etc. As of Monday, February 27, 2023, the camp registered 250 more blocks

For one 8ᵉ day, we went down to the Bulengo camp and gave the gift of our humanity. The misery is evident here this morning: new displaced people are being added to the camp, fearing confrontation as the gunshots and bangs are heard even in their villages.
